These Terms & Conditions govern your use of crownph Casino and all associated services. Please read them carefully before registering or using the platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and crownph ("crownph," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the crownph website at crownph.org and all associated gaming, betting, and account services offered thereon.
By registering an account, accessing the crownph platform, or using any crownph service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the crownph platform.
crownph operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to PAGCOR's regulatory framework, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended, and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Your use of crownph constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all services provided by crownph, including but not limited to: casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, fishing games, and any future services introduced to the platform.
crownph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered account holders where reasonably practicable.
Use of the crownph platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
crownph conducts age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Registration does not constitute final eligibility confirmation — crownph reserves the right to request identity documents at any time. Accounts of users who provided false eligibility information will be suspended and balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable PAGCOR directives.
Underage gambling is illegal under Philippine law. crownph takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage access. Any person who believes an underage individual has registered an account should contact crownph support immediately.
Each individual may register only one (1) crownph account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crownph account credentials. crownph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. Suspected unauthorized account access must be reported to crownph support immediately.
crownph requires KYC verification prior to processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (National ID, driver's license, passport, or SSS/GSIS ID) accompanied by a live selfie. KYC verification is mandatory under PAGCOR licensing requirements and AMLA compliance obligations.
crownph processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and QR Ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your crownph wallet upon successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. crownph bears no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Withdrawals: crownph processes withdrawal requests to verified payment accounts only. Withdrawal requests to unverified accounts will be held pending completion of KYC verification. crownph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests where necessary for AML compliance. Processing times are indicative only and subject to change based on payment provider conditions.
Anti-Money Laundering: All transactions on crownph are subject to AMLA monitoring. crownph is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Funds deposited to crownph must originate from sources that are lawful under Philippine law.
crownph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:
In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms prevail in relation to that promotion only.
All games available on crownph use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified for fairness and unpredictability. No person — including crownph staff — can influence game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the respective game information panels.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or software error that interrupts a game session, crownph's decision on how to resolve the affected round is final. crownph is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other factors outside crownph's direct control.
Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical events occurring in the studio (card draws, roulette spins, dice rolls) and are streamed in real time. Any technical failure affecting a live dealer game will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game provider's malfunction policy.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crownph platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

A self-exclusion request submitted to crownph will be processed as promptly as practicable. During an active self-exclusion period, the affected account will be prevented from logging in, depositing funds, or placing wagers. Self-exclusion does not affect pending withdrawals of legitimate winnings accrued prior to the exclusion request.
All content on the crownph platform — including but not limited to the crownph brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of crownph or its licensed third-party game providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the crownph platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No portion of the crownph platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without express prior written consent from crownph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, crownph's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits you made to crownph in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
crownph is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. crownph makes no warranty that the platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms limits crownph's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.
crownph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon account termination for cause, crownph may withhold account balances pending investigation. Balances in accounts terminated due to confirmed fraud or terms violation may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. Players disputing a termination decision may submit a formal complaint to crownph's support team, whose decision is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute between you and crownph shall first be submitted to crownph's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through its formal player dispute resolution process. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from the appropriate Philippine court.
crownph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at crownph.org/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated. Where amendments are material, crownph will endeavor to provide advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of crownph following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
